BreezeClan Territory

BreezeClan's territory is a moor with few trees and a lot of meadows. Are cats know how to live with the comforting crisp winds and open skys. But what most clans don't know is that we use the trees we have to our advantage with great lookout posts and prey.

BreezeClan Weather

BreezeClan's weather constantly changes. The snow has stopped but is still thick on the ground, it is very windy. Perfect for hunting. Hunting patrols and border patrols will need to be sent out. The rabbits are abondent right now.

New Members

Flightstar leaped onto the TallStone, his whiskers twitched with pride as five cats stood below him. "I am proud to say that we have five new members for BreezeClan." He paused as his clan looked at the new comers. "First are the apprentices." He looked at the cats again, they all looked like apprentices, the cat called Streakpaw the biggest out of them. "Streakpaw, do you promise to follow the ways of the warrior code and remain forever loyal to BreezeClan?" He asked., as he jumped down from TallStone.

Streakpaw looked up at Flightstar, his eyes full of determination, he knew this cat would become a great warrior. "I do."

"Eaglestrike." he called to his deputy. "You are ready for your first BreezeClan apprentice, you shall mentor Streakpaw." Eaglestrike's eyes brightened, he would prove to the clan he was ready to be the deputy and would show it by mentoring Streakpaw well.

He then turned his attention to Zarapaw. "Zarapaw, do you promise to follow the ways of the warrior code and remain forever loyal to BreezeClan?" He asked.

Zarapaw stepped forward, she knew she would be able to withstand being here, even though she knew about her past, Streakpaw would look out for her. "I do." She meowed calmly.

"Dawnmist, you are ready for your first apprentice, teach her your strength and wisdom." He told the calico she-cat.

"Lionpaw," he adressed the young orange tabby. "Do you promise to follow the ways of the warrior code and remain forever loyal to BreezeClan?"

His eyes shone with pure strength. Flightstar would not need to worry about this apprentice's safety. He looked towards Sagewhisker. "Sagewhisker, you will mentor Lionpaw." Sagewhisker nodded.

"Featherpaw, do you promise to follow the ways of the warrior code and remain forever loyal to BreezeClan?" He asked the graceful she-cat.

"I do." Her voice rang like a bell, though he knew the small she-cat was full of strength. "Nightstripe," he called to the skittish black warrior. "teach Featherpaw all you know." He hoped with an apprentice he would talk to his clanmates instead of stalk in the shadows.

"Next is our newest warrior. Jadeshine," he called to the small black she-cat. She was the size of an apprentice but he knew that she was a kind and gentle creature. "Do you promise to follow the ways of the warrior code and remain forever loyal to BreezeClan?"

"I do." She meowed quietly.

"You will mentor Rosepaw, teach her how to be as gentle as a rose but as strong as the brambles that protect our camp." He told the black she-cat.

"Greypaw and Bluepaw,  please show the new apprentices around. Speckleleaf please show Jadeshine around."

"That is all."

  3. His eyes lit up with amusment. "I bet you will." He purred. Then turned towards the camp entrance, waving his tail for his apprentice to follow.
    ~Sagewhisker

He didn't want an apprentice, he prefered the shadows rather then talking with clanmates, especially an apprentice, but he knew Flightstar was asking him to be a good mentor to Featherpaw. "Let's see if we can gather moss for Swiftfall and the queens." He said the first thing that came to mind.

  5. He eyed Flightstar self consciously but the leader nodded encouragingly. "No, the queens need new moss and the kits are getting restless with the stench of old moss, and Swiftfall is cranky, her moss is hard and poking at her sides." He said.
    ~Nightstripe

"We are going to train." Sagewhisker meowed calmly. "We must train you for battle skills."

  9. He smiled, feeling a little loose. He padded forward until he reached a mossy tree. He swiftly held out his paw and started to strip the moss neatly off of the tree, leaving the roots and dust on the tree. "Now you try."
    ~Nightstripe

"This," he said as he crouched down and lashed out with his back legs, letting his front paws take all the weight.

  11. His eyes shown only pride. "That was very good, for your first try." He smiled. "Though try keeping your front paws equally apart." He said nodding to Lionpaw's front paw which was only a few mouse lengths apart. "Then when you kick out, you will do more damage." He said encouragingly.

"That's great!" He smiled. "Though stretch your claws out until they hurt, and try scooping it out." He said.

  12. "Okay!" and then he retried his move. "Was that better?"
